Understand the second "E" and never struggle in meditation again.

 

Day 2 Meditation

Make things easy - make them effortless.

One of the foundational ideas of true meditation is that you are already whole, perfect, and complete. As such, there is nowhere to "get to" and nothing to do other than simply BE in the moment.

Directions:

Sit down somewhere comfortable and close your eyes. Feel gratitude for the fact that you're sitting. Feel gratitude for the room around you. As you sit, play with increasing your enjoyment of what's happening while reducing any kind of effort you may be making. Whatever happens in your mind or body or in the room around you, simply enjoy it.

Points to ponder:

What would you do if there was nothing to learn, nowhere to get to, and nothing you had to become? What would you do if you were already whole, perfect, and complete?
