Directing the unimaginable gratitude within
Directions:
Turn on the unimaginable gratitude as explained in the video. Direct it into the room around you briefly to center yourself and become present. Then, close your eyes and direct that gratitude into your mind and into any thoughts, stillness, or experiences that occur. Remember to effortlessly enjoy whatever happens.
After 5 minutes (or so), direct unimaginable gratitude into your body for the final half of your meditation. End the meditation by directing gratitude into the room around you.
