Way beyond mindfulness

 

Day 4 Meditation

Use unimaginable gratitude to experience the transition from person to presence

Directions:

Turn on the unimaginable gratitude and go for a walk (if the weather is bad, this can be done indoors). The stronger your gratitude is, the more it can feel like an energy or a presence shining out from you. Being mindful of the first two E's, direct (or shine) unimaginable gratitude to everything you see while you explore the world. Continue for 10-15 minutes.

(Optional - you can precede your mindfulness walk with a few minutes of yesterday's meditation.)
