Letting go of the past and becoming lighter.

 

Day 5 Meditation

Experience an introduction to Transformational Meditation.

Step 1: Turn on the unimaginable gratitude and direct it into the room around you to become present. Close your eyes and while remaining in your heart, begin directing that gratitude into your body, mind, and emotions.

Step 2: Choose an emotion, issue, or difficult thought pattern you've been struggling with. Lovingly, allow yourself to begin feeling whatever emotions come up in regard to that issue. For 15-20 seconds, thoroughly feel and experience those emotions in your body. Dive into the feelings, let everything you've been pushing down come up, knowing that they're just waiting to be released. Note where in your body the emotions seem to be localized.

Step 3: Once you feel like the emotions have been experienced, begin directing unimaginable gratitude to the part of you that felt that way. Where in your body did these emotions come from? Flood that space with gratitude. Surround the smaller self within you that was suffering with unimaginable gratitude and love. Continue sending gratitude to the you that was feeling that way until you feel the identity suddenly disappear, wake up, dissolve, or release.

Step 4: Direct unimaginable gratitude into your body, mind, and emotions. Then when you're ready, open your eyes and direct it into the room around you.
