An Introduction to Selvica's Deep Dive Process
The Deep Dive Process is a simple yet highly advanced meditation technique that you'll master inside The Ouroboros Society while experiencing realms of consciousness most people don't believe are possible without YEARS of training. For a limited time, we're offering part of the premium training here for free to serve those who are doing Essential Oil Dives with Katie.
1. The Key To Spiritual Fulfillment
Consider for a moment that everything you could ever possibly want is right here, right now. This Eternal Moment is all there is, and within it, is Infinite Possibility.
The trick then is to learn how to move into or dive into those possibilities that we wish to embody, experience, explore, or reflect in the mirror of reality. A part of you already knows that "You are the Universe," and in Dive School, you will learn how to allow that Truth to become your living experience.
As you learn to work with the Deep Dive Technology, you will be given the keys to health, wealth, happiness, enlightenment, and even miracles.
2. Projecting and Allowing
When you understand the difference between projecting and allowing, your Deep Dives will really take off. During a Deep Dive, you're not trying to make anything happen. You're simply noticing what's already there.
Go through this video however many times you need to in order to clearly distinguish between causing / projecting a tree, and allowing a tree to arise on its own.
3. Beyond Your World
A Deep Dive is designed to take you beyond your world and your current experience of reality. Your reality is unique to you. Inside your reality, you are a certain way and life is a certain way. But when you learn to leave all of that behind, you open yourself up to a greater possibility.
4. Before You Begin
Below are a few things to keep in mind before your first Deep Dive:
Diving Tips
- Don't prepare what you're going to say. Say what's there for you in the moment you start speaking
- It's okay to say something that's already been said
- It's okay to be speechless and pass (after you've done a few Dives)
- Say what's there for you, no matter how strange or seemingly off-topic. Don't resist saying anything that's there
- Dives are experiences of love and acceptance. These are 100% judgement-free experiences!
- Don't analyze what's happening in the Deep Dive. Save the analysis for afterwards
- Allow the bodies (physical, astral, mental) to have their experiences, but only focus on what's out there. (We can talk about body experiences at the end)
- Recall the hot tub analogy. During the Deep Dive, slowly relax and slip into the Dive focus
- When it's not your turn to speak, increase your interest in the Dive focus. Get absorbed into it, like you're watching a movie in the dark
- Keep letting go of thinking as you move deeper and deeper into the Deep Dive
Tips from our Dive Team!
- Have no expectations of what the dive is going to be, where you’re going to go or what you’re going to feel! It’s easier to surrender and let go to where the dive takes you. - Susan B.
- Don’t over think. Just go with the flow and see where it takes you. Go into each dive with no expectations, just excitement. - Alicia B.
- Don't rationalize what you feel or see. Just go with it. - Rita R.
- Don't be concerned about what to say when your turn comes; just allow the words to flow. Let go of any expectations and don't compare your experience to others. Enjoy - Catherine G.
-
Don’t be self conscious about what the group may think about what you are sharing - no one is judging you! As much as this is a group experience it is also very unique to each individual. Don’t worry about ruining others experience of the dive - you’re not!! Also, each dive will be different. Some will take you further than others - have no expectations and just roll with it. In the end there is something new to be learned with every dive. - Katie R.
- Oh yes! One last thing! It's possible to get a little ungrounded with some of the early dives! They shift you quickly! Drink lots of water afterwards, especially starting out. - Katie R.
- I have noticed physical changes and sensations during dives - tingling, a heaviness in my head or chest, nausea.... just go with it. Acknowledge it and let go. It will pass. - Catherine G.
